Rommel De La Cruz is the Chief Financial Officer at Ubiety, where he leads the company’s financial strategy and operations to support sustainable growth and scalability. With more than two decades of experience in finance and strategic leadership, he has guided organizations through periods of expansion and transformation across the technology and SaaS sectors. Before joining Ubiety, Rommel held executive roles including CFO at Token and Vice President of Finance at OneSpan, where he played a key role in driving operational efficiency and business performance.
