‍Standard Salary Range:

$150,000 - $180,000 annually

In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience and performance. We believe strongly that if you contribute to adding to Ubiety’s value, you should share in that value.

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of driving our product initiatives, particularly for our B2B portal. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who thrives in early-stage environments, where discovering customer needs and validating product-market fit are key to success. You will be responsible for working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to drive product development from 0 to 1, while ensuring we build solutions that solve real-world problems.

What you'll be doing

Lead the full product lifecycle, from product discovery and validation through to delivery, for our B2B portal.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategy and roadmap based on customer needs, business goals, and market trends.
Conduct extensive product discovery, including user research, competitive analysis, and hypothesis validation.
Partner closely with engineering and design to define, prioritize, and build features that align with user needs and company objectives.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication across teams.
Continuously iterate on the product by incorporating feedback and data to enhance functionality and user experience.

What you'll need

Proven experience in product management, with a strong focus on product discovery and validation.
A data driven approach to iterating on products to ensure they are in line with user needs.
Successful track record of successfully taking products from 0-1, ideally in B2B environments.
Experience building B2B portals that provide significant value to customers.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to drive consensus in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Experience in the smart home, hardware, software, or IoT products industries.
Experience working on products that integrate hardware and software solutions.
