$90,000 - $110,000 annually

On Target Earnings:

$140,000 - $160,000 annually

In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience and performance. We believe strongly that if you contribute to adding to Ubiety’s value, you should share in that value.

What you'll be doing

  • Early Engagement Sales: Lead efforts to secure early engagements, targeting smaller customers who can act as key case studies for our market entry.

  • Market Research: Conduct deep market analysis to identify and approach potential customers who would benefit most from our transformative solutions.

  • Strategic Outreach: Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic relationship-building.

  • Solution Selling: Communicate the transformative potential of our Presence Detection offerings to industry executives, emphasizing the value and ROI of early engagement.

  • Customer Education: Educate potential customers on our unique benefits and features, overcoming the challenges of selling an innovative solution in traditionally risk-averse markets.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with product and management teams to refine messaging, identify market feedback, and align sales strategies with product development.

  • Market Positioning: Develop and refine sales strategies that position products as the go-to solution for the challenges faced in the security industry.

  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations and manage contracts, ensuring a balance between customer value and strategic company objectives.

  • Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer to help shape product development, offering insights gathered from interactions with potential early adopters.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed sales reports to track progress toward engagement and pilot goals.

What you'll need

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within a start-up, SaaS, or technology environment.

  • Experience selling new and transformative products, ideally to established industries that may be resistant to change.

  • Strong understanding of B2B2C business models and the unique challenges of early-stage SaaS companies.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment where adaptability and initiative are key.

  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing early customer engagements, including pilots and betas.

  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with potential customers and participate in industry events.
